Event check-in opens at 4pm on Monday 3rd April with welcome drinks starting at 6.30pm. If you have booked a partner 1:1 with Zane Long, please arrive in good time for your session.

The Partner Roundtable closes at 4pm on Tuesday 4th April so please make your travel plans accordingly based on these timings. Check-out is 11am on 4th April and the hotel will keep luggage securely until your departure time.

What's Covered

We have reserved a non-smoking room for you for the night of Monday 3rd April 2023. RingCentral will cover the cost of your accommodation and all food and beverage as part of this event programme. If you are travelling from mainland Europe, a complimentary return airport transfer will be booked for you. Transfer time to the hotel is approximately 20 minutes dependent upon traffic.

What's Not Covered:

Any in-room drinks or movies, additional drinks at the Bar, or treatments at the Spa will not be covered by RingCentral and will need to be paid for by you. Additional nights’ accommodation may be possible but will need to be organised with the venue directly and paid for by you. Guests from mainland Europe are responsible for booking their own flights and the cost of these flights. Please schedule your flight to arrive on Monday 3rd April 2023 by 2pm BST (or earlier if you schedule a 1:1 session with Zane Long). The event will close at 4pm BST on Tuesday 4th April 2023.
